Personnel administration and deployment planning were to be handled in a single custom application instead of separate spreadsheets.
The task
Employee data, assignments, absences and times were kept separately. For planning, they had to be gathered together every time.

The application brings the digital personnel file, profiles and planning together in one interface. Overviews and search support day-to-day work.

Deployment planning as a weekly view per employee and working group, with birthdays, public holidays and open entries.
Working-time account with hours account as well as daily, weekly, monthly and annual totals and the individual bookings.
Absence overview of one month: leave and other absences per employee.
