The CoreSystem is PHP Schmiede's modular application platform. Where a project suits it, we use shared foundations and build the business functions and connections your company needs on top of them.

Which application do you need?

An internal tool, an administrative application or a portal: the starting point is the job your software is meant to do. We check which building blocks already exist and which functions need to be added for your project.

Foundations every application brings with it

Sign-in, rights and roles

User management, sign-in with optional two-factor confirmation, and roles and rights are already there and do not need to be built again.

Documents and media

A document store with folders and permissions is part of the basis — from administration through to embedding in interfaces.

Email with templates and mailboxes

Sending with templates, triggered from business workflows, is part of the platform. Incoming messages can be fetched over IMAP and assigned to a case.

Workflows and rules

Business workflows and rules can be stored in the system; scheduled tasks run them repeatedly.

Several presences, several languages

Channels make it possible to run separate presences in the same installation. Content and interface can both be kept in several languages.

Extensible through plugins and REST

Business functions are built as plugins on top of the basis. A REST interface is available for connecting other systems.

A suitable foundation rather than a wholesale change of platform

The CoreSystem is one possible basis for a suitable project. An existing application does not therefore have to be replaced automatically. We look at the systems you have and at the benefit of extending them together.

Several of our business applications were built on this basis: the purchasing software, PflegeSchmiede, PersonalSchmiede and TerminSchmiede.
